ATTENTION GED STUDENTS

Classes will be enrolling November 22nd thru December 1st.  (They will be closed for Thanksgiving).  Enrollment for the 8 week session will be closed at that time.  The next enrollment date will be February 7th thru February 9th. 

GED classes will meet from 5:00PM to 7:30PM on Tuesday and Thursday on the bottom floor of the library.  You are allowed two excused absences during the 8 week session.  If you miss more than two absences than you will be dropped from the class and will have to enroll again in the next session.  The class size is limited.

The door for downstairs locks at 5:15PM.  If you need to gain access to the GED room following the time please check in at the front desk.

New Card Holders at the Webb City Public Library will have a 3 month probation period during which a limit of three items will be implemented.  Once the probation period is over the card holder will be allowed to check out 12 items for juvenile as well as adult cards and 18 items for family cards. 

Local Food Banks Need Your Help

The Webb City Public Library is currently taking nonperishable food for library fines.  These items cannot be expired.  Donations are gladly accepted and will be given to agencies who work with families in need.  No cash will be given back and cans must be within expiration dates.
