The Webb City Public Library serves as a learning center for all residents of our community. The library offers user-friendly state-of-the-art access to information and a wide variety of materials to assist students and independent learners. The library encourages lifelong learning and is a place for personal development and discovery, which empowers every citizen in our community.
Goals

To anticipate and meet, within the limits of our resources, the educational, cultural, business and recreational interests of the public, including those with special needs.

To offer a broad array of children's services in order to stimulate early and lifelong interest in reading and learning activities.

To provide access to information and resources beyond the library's in-house collection through interlibrary loan, interlibrary cooperation, electronic databases and programming for all ages.

To develop community outreach services with a special emphasis on delivery of materials to senior citizens and the homebound.

To maintain a high standard of friendly, courteous and professional assistance to our patrons.
