Requirements to Obtain a Library Card


  • Proof of Address
  • Photo ID / Driver's License
  • A personal reference at a different address and phone number than yourself
  • A $15.00 annual fee will be charged if you do not live within the Webb City city limits
        

     

    Library Fines

  • Books - 20 cents per day
  • Audios - 25 cents per day
  • Videos - 50 cents per day

    **Maximum fine charges will equal the cost of the book.**
